Do I need an account?

No. Choose a pair, enter your wallet address, and send the coins.

How long does an exchange take?

Usually 5–30 minutes. It depends mostly on how fast the blockchains confirm your deposit and the payout.

Why is the amount I received different from the estimate?

We use floating rates. The final rate is set when your deposit is confirmed, so it can move slightly from the estimate.

Is there a minimum or maximum?

Yes, it depends on the pair. The limits are shown under the amount field as you type.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

If it is within limits, the exchange is processed for the amount actually received. If it is below the minimum, contact support with your order ID.

I forgot the memo / destination tag.

Contact support immediately with your order ID and the deposit transaction hash.

Who executes the exchanges?

Exchanges are executed by our liquidity partner, ChangeNOW. We never take custody of your funds.

How do I check my order?

Use the order link shown after you create an exchange, or paste your order ID under Track order.
